We loved the place! The kitchen was amazing with a hibachi grill that we used several times. The back patio area and pool were a great hangout space. The living space was great with lots of comfy seating with a large projector screen. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The tub in the master bathroom was relaxing. The property is massive and peaceful. The zoo animals were cute too. Our host Briian was very responsive and helpful. Overall it’s a really cool space with lots of artsy touches through the house. We’d love the book it again in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It blew us out of the water. We booked this place for a friends/river trip.
The kitchen was perfect to cook for big groups (fully stocked with cooking utensils). The fresh eggs and veggies were the cherry on top!!!!!!
The bed rooms and bathrooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Our favorite things were the pool, goats, ranch scenery, and the beautiful art work displayed through the house. It truly feels like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were very responsive and I could tell they truly cared about our experience.
We definitely felt all the LOVE that was poured into this place. I can’t wait to book this place in the future.

Great place to stay! Very clean and has Best amenities

The place was beyond our expectations. For our group of 10 there was much to do and see. We especially appreciated the spaciousness inside and out, cleanliness, and plenty of amenities. The grandkids especially enjoyed the petting zoo. We definitely recommend this place and plan to return.

I rented this home to celebrate my birthday with family. It was by far the best Air bnb I have stayed at, and I am a frequent "Air-bnber"! Not only was the space beautifully decorated, but it had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable and fun stay. Brian was a kind, amazing host. We had issues figuring out how to make coffee, so he was kind enough to buy a simple coffee maker without us even asking. Would definitely recommend this pace for an intimate/private getaway.

We’re so grateful for the memories that Zoetic provided for us. The home is an experience in itself and my family has never felt so close with nature and artistic beauty. The hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, also prompt with time. Fresh eggs provided from the home chickens and that’s just the cherry on top. Thanks so much Dara and Briian!

Briian's place was amazing. The area was very peaceful and had amazing scenery. We even saw lots of deer! And the house is not far from town and the San Marcos River! Also, the house is pretty spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for our big family. The pool was so refreshing! We will be back!

Perfect place for family gatherings!

Zoetic is a beautiful house on beautiful property in San Marcos. The house is HUGE, with a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our host, Briian, gave us a walk through upon arrival which noted their fresh eggs and veggies from their garden provided for our stay. When we all arrived, Briian walked us over to their animals and let us feed their goats and chickens!
There is beautiful art throughout the house- sculptures, paintings, crystals, etc. If you stay at this house- take care of it! It truly is a curated stay.
There are plenty of kitchen supplies as well, including a hibachi grill and an outdoor pizza oven!
It is a little far down a gravel road, but if you follow the instructions you will have no problem. We were able to have Ubers pick us up and pizza delivered with no issues.

The Zoetic ranch house is truly a special, magical place. It's even more beautiful and spacious than it looks in the pictures. The main room in the house (the open kitchen, living room, and dining room) feels huge and spacious, with very high ceilings and an amazing view. Walking in felt like taking a breath of fresh air. And there were SO many gorgeous details in this house. You can tell right away that it was furnished and decorated lovingly by a group of artists. Every piece of furniture and art piece on the wall was carefully selected. The record player and record collection was great. There was a library of 100+ DVDs of popular movies (but also Apple TV, netflix, etc. for streaming), and the pantry was really well stocked. The hosts gave us a dozen farm fresh eggs from the chickens out back, as well as fresh veggies/peppers from the garden on the property. The owner was also very responsive and attended to our needs right away. Can't recommend it highly enough!
